Our Story
Our Founder, Callum Fergie, was born in Canberra, Australia. He spent the majority of his life in the Middle East before moving to Asia for twelve years, with frequent business throughout Asia-pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Callum is a strategic, visionary and serial entrepreneur. He is a member of the Executive MBA program at the Australian Institute of Business and serves as a keynote speaker for events dedicated to risk management, innovation and business strategy. These include talks to UCLA Anderson Business School Executive MBA Program, Rutgers Business School Executive MBA Program, Duke Corporate Education Singapore, and Michigan State University Executive MBA program.
During the 90s and early 2000s, whilst living in Saudi Arabia, Callum dealt with several emerging, dynamic and complex regional risks and local threats. Directly and indirectly experiencing several terrorist and insurgency incidents. Throughout his time in the Middle East Calllum developed a strong ability of identifying, assessing and managing risks. Building resilience to quickly adapt to adversity, cope with and handle crisis and return to a pre-crisis status quickly. This skillset has taught him how to thrive during chaos and accelerate growth with tenancity, persistence and optimism.
Between the late 2000s to 2020, Callum’s entrepreneurial ventures experienced accelerated growth, employing hundreds of staff with scaled operations across 4 continents and clients in 16 countries. Callum has sat on and advised over boards, including technology startups, industry federations, NPOs and a startup accelerator. He is skilled in building companies to scale using a risk based methodology for dynamic leadership teams. His enthusiastic and hands-on attitude gives him the open-minded capacity and approach for managing complex risks whilst delivering desired outcomes.

Our History
The group commenced activities in 2008 when the founder, Callum Fergie, began regional investment and business building activities across Asia-Pacific. Establishing the first office in the Marina Bay Financial Tower, Singapore. Due to growth and market adaptation, further businesses developed establishing offices in 4 countries employing hundreds of staff, with clients across 16 countries.
2010 - Expansion of operations in Asia for an Australian accounting and financial planning group. Sale of the aviation business.
2012 - Founding of a remote staff augmentation service provider in Singapore. Sale of art gallery.
2013- Acquisition of an executive search firm focused on multi-national corporations across Asia-Pacific. Advisory activities for UK & European start-up companies.
2014 - Founding of an external art and animation studio for the video game industry. Board advisory for national federation.
2016 - Board advisory for a NGO focused on environmental education, with nation-wide volunteer engagements of over 16,000 people. Advisory for start-up incubator in Malaysia and Estonia.
2017 - Commencement of venture capital activities in North America, Asia & Middle East.
2018 - Corporate development activities across Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East and Oceania.
2019 - Media advisory activities through Australian Federal Parliament. Capital raising activities for Sands Casino, Las Vegas. Board advisory for media and entertainment companies in Australia. Food export activities from Australia to the Middle East.
2020 - Proactive risk management for organisations dealing with change and uncertainty due to the pandemic.
